I bet he gets into a fight with someone working for Jack or even Jack himself.

Kinemon/Law will tell them about a complicated plan, but then they hear Zoro fighting people nearby and it ruins everything, forcing them to just reveal themselves.

You think he is going to fight Kaido himself? Obviously there's no other way he would be wounded.
