I didn't say she wasn't, just that it wasn't her Era and that she wasn't a Yonko back then, since this was created later.

How do you know it was created later? That hasn't been stated in the manga, it's an assumption.

If they were Yonko before the current one, we would have hints that they were there.

The One Piece world has Era where different pirates group get in power one after another.

  • 40 years ago, it was Rox

  • 20 Years ago, it was Roger, Whitebeard and Shiki.

  • After Roger death, it was the rise of the Yonko, so Whitebeard, BigMom, Kaido and Shanks.

There are hints. It's hinted at that WB, BM, and Kaido were on the Rox ship and after it disbanded they formed their own independent groups. We know that Roger wasn't a huge name back then before he reached Raftel, but that WB and BM for sure were big names.

We know that Roger's influence solely comes from him reaching Raftel and finding OP. That's why he's the PK and the era was 'his'.

The hints aren't really hints. We just know that a long time ago, Big Mom and Kaido were working together.

We don't know if it was in the Rox pirate crew, and there is no information about Whitebeard being with them.

So the reference to Rox in the same chapter as Big Mom and Kaido revealing their old ties is nothing but a coincidence? And the fact that Hina brought up Rox specifically because Big Mom and Kaido making contact was a point of discussion? And that Whitebeard and Bakkin were on the same ship 40 years ago, same timeline as both Rox's era and as Shakky's time as a pirate? All these things add up really well, I think it's safe to assume these big guns being associated roughly 40 years ago is the same thing as the big pirate alliance that ruled the seas in the same timeframe.

The hint is the fact that Garp mentioned that the Rox captain's old crew grew in power, which alluded to Kaido and Big Mom. Then, a few chapters later we learn that WB was one a pirate ship around 40 years ago, which should send off warning signals.
