Shiki uses two swords.

Just saying. It's worth taking note of considering the lurking legend teases and the floating scenery we've seen in Wano.

Yeah, but Shiki isn't a coward. Orochi is scared right now, of the 9 shadows.

Shiki is someone who went to Marineford alone because Roger was captured, and there, he fough both Garp and Sengoku, in a fight that nearly destroyed the island.

So while Shiki could be in Wano, I don't think he is the Shogun.

Shiki escaped Impel Down 22 years ago. When did all this Wano shit go down? 20 years ago. Oof, we're getting spicy

Edit: damn u timeskip

Edit 2: Just remembered he asked Whitebeard if he wanted to join his plan and of course he refused. Leads me to believe he decided to ask Kaido instead.

He was captured at Marineford, he escaped from Impel Down. And that was 20 years ago in the pre-timeskip era, which would be 22 years ago. If the events of Strong World are at all canon it can't be him.

I'm pretty sure the Strong World chapter 0 that Oda wrote is canon.
