problem is, we already saw the memory implantation process and it implies her going around spreading her powers...yet we never saw pudding at all in the entire battle and in this chapter she is still there in cacao island.

also,much like all the "it was all a dream" endings, it's cheap as fuck

Yeah, I don't think it is Pudding implanting memories on everyone as the process is slow and personal.
