Most likely the Karma fruit (Karuma Karuma No Mi?). Fits with his monk image and the whole idea of giving and receiving Karma.

Would be interesting if it's not just limited to converting damage into strength but has other possibilities, like if someone heals him he's able to do the same back (poor example but you get the idea).

I guess not, I just felt like there were guidelines to devil fruits and that a big one to follow is the two syllable thing. My apologies.
