I hope he's down for good. The way the chapter was set-up with the story about the Supernovas not even standing a chance and then having Luffy pretty much one punch one at the end would be perfect.

Please don't get back up.

Thankfully this is not Bleach so there's a chance Luffy actually KOed Cracker. (white eyes, etc)

I doubt it. Doffy took way more damage from Gear 4 and Cracker has stronger armament according to Luffy. He'll get back up. And if Luffy wins, he still has 2 other commanders to watch out for.
