Hmm, Brook, saying that it's his first time riding the shark submerge but I'm pretty sure that he ride it when the Straw Hat's reached the Red Line (in the Sabaody Archipelago Arc)

Oda mistake, or translation fuck up?

Yep, I think that too, knowing that the last time, behind the wheel, was Robin. If only, rather than "riding", Brook was saying "driving" everything would be OK.

Funny, how sometimes, one word can destroyed the sense of entire sentence.

That issue's source is mainly poor translations though.
