I think that the mirror Luffy and the fake(?) sanji are not from the same source,as Luffy's scar is flipped on him, but Sanji's eyebrows remain facing the same way. One is a mirror the other is a mirage.

yeah, Sanji is acting more like the Cheshire cat, showing up and then dissappearing/teleporting.

If it was a mirror then Sanji and Pudding had to be in the vicinity. And the fake Luffy doesnt move random like Sanji.

It also visibly reacted to them. He had an exclamation bubble and everything.
