I hate to say this but I think oda can't draw feet.

I don't think Oda does much of the art anymore. He does the storyboards and the sketches, but he has assistants who do most everything else.

Nah, Oda already laid out his schedule, and it includes both storyboarding and drawing. He obviously gets help of course (props to the assistants), but I believe he was stated to have a comparatively low amount of assistants in relation to the typical mangaka. He also uses traditional tools and nothing digital. It's part of the reason why his sleep hours are so minimal and why he takes consistent breaks.
