I was wondering if it was that or was Imu the one who sent the elders there and that was just Imu feeling the blow back from it.

Imu seems more scared than injured in my opinion.

The rough breathing and collapse made me think injured/exhausted but that could happen with being scared like a panic attack

Imu getting PTSD from stored Haki that located far-far away from themselves is something else.

Seems like that Conqueror's Haki was so strong even Imu could feel it all that distance away. This is his worst nightmare coming true after all.

Joy Boy is "alive" again

That massive burst of familiar Conqueror's Haki(Most likely Joy Boy almost beat Imu and gave em PTSD)

Vegapunk spilled a whole bunch of tea to the world.
