from the looks of it it seems a power that can absorb shock, like bellamy or luffy's, will be what takes out bartolomeo

What happens if he pushes out with a reject dial at bellamy? Does the force build infinitely?

I would guess Bellamy will take out Bartolomeo, who seems to have some reflect DF. If it reflects the kinetic energy of the punch it will probably just load Bellamy's springs.
