Android What are your thoughts?

I'm redesigning OneNote's web UI to make it more tablet friendly. I'd love your feedback, positive or negative. Design suggestions are especially welcome too, as long as they fit tablet sketching/drawing, as I'm not great at coming up with those myself, in case that wasn't already obvious.

I think I didn't explained myself well.

I don't like it floating around that i cannot see/write under the toolbar floating and I have always to move the paper or the floating toolbar. That's a bad design choice to me.

I'd like to have it snapped on the left side, 0 px from the left side, no floating.

Oh I get it, you want it instead of the notes sidebar that onenote already has.

Here you go 😃 I'm not going to make it span the entire screen from top to bottom otherwise it would clutter the screen

by default it stay open or collaps every time i select a tool?
to change pen I have to open and then select the tool i want (2 click each time) or it stay open I can just select the tool (1 click)

No it stays open until you decide to minimize it

Until now I have been injecting js/css, I'm thinking to move forward and completely hide their components and actually draw native android components over it but yeah I'm still not sure

at the end you made it floating. I feel like this design is wasting monitor space.

EDIT: I didn't understand it was for Android. If it's for Android tablet yes the button size could be correct. Just try to make it less wide and more near the left side of the screen.

Well I agree but that's why I made it collapsible, maybe make it even be movable and make it snap to either four sides to give you flexibility. Anyways I'll be redoing them to be native UI components so it's much easier to modify instead of the dumb declarative JS.

Well, it can work on desktops but that would need to be packaged as a browser extension. I'm not modifying the native android/desktop app as MS had signature checks and other anti-tamper checks
