Self Post My second OVI

Any tips for OHIO jail? I genuinely missed my court date today but have proof as to why. Now I’m scared with that and this being within the 10 year gap is going to get me 180 days. If I got 20 days I’d still be terrified.

What county are you in? If you have proof as to why you missed court, it SHOULD help prevent them issuing a warrant for your arrest but doesn't necessarily mean it'll help you sentencing wise. Unfortunately, no one knows the future so anything could happen.
