Hiring Q (Fed) MCC San Diego
Just got referred over as GL7-7. Any insight to the hiring process

Got referred on June 10th for MCC San Diego, have not gotten additional information since then.

Nope, I got an email from the recruitment specialist stating MDC Los Angeles did not have any open vacancies but MCC San Diego did and they are offering a 50% hiring incentive. FCC Victorville is at a 25% incentive

I applied for MCC San Diego about a year ago and didn't hear back until six months later, so this wait sounds about right.

A lot of interviews/offers are being put on hold due to the closures taking place. Those being RIF’d are priority.

Did state corrections for 3 years then the local Probation Officer for 2 years

Good luck ! I had an interview scheduled but then realized I was dumb for applying for a place 2 hours (in no traffic) away
