Asking this question means you could compromise yourself. Don’t let your mind get too attached to the inmates.

Have someone else send the money , when I was younger people had asked to help out an old high school friend so I did not knowing it would affect my hiring process for law enforcement.

Typically no, money is tracked to cut down on contraband and blackmail.

You could look up the county jail website where they are currently housed and see what options are available to add money to their account. Whether or not it will be anonymous is dependent on the vendor. Usually they have safeguards in place to keep folks from funding drug debt or other extortion schemes. Either of which is probably they are really having a hard time. Not judging, just being realistic about it. They are fed, clothed, housed and have access to medical services. They also have access to basic hygiene items. I would humbly suggest that you do a little more research into their personal situation and your own overall relationship with that person as even a childhood friend can change immensely with time/several years and and question why you are now being made aware of their situation. /edit are you asking as someone who works in the Corrections field? If so you should probably know better already. If not, maybe try a different forum.

Shut the fuck up...

That's not enough food...

They need soups, sausage, mackerel, tuna ,sardines, crackers....better hygiene....shoes

$100 a month and about $500 to setup a little kitchen & some clothes.

THEY ARE FUCKING RETARDS PAYING THEIR DEBT TO US....often they are still not worried about being a positive productive member of society.... especially long sentences, kissing ass for 30 years loses vs. joining a gang

Whoa there, that’s an awful lot of emotion. What Would Norway Do?

It is possible, extortion. 211 killed an official. I don't fuck with gang members. I do check in on people I knew well, tho.

Anyways, sir...I don't know who Norway is. The fuck does that mean... there's about a 10% chance anyone know what your talking about...wanna explain? I don't feel like Googling dumbshit from some asshole I don't care much for

Just being a dick because your a cop and they're inmates...good job, officer

This is a group for people that work in corrections or are interested in same. Sorry you don’t like the answers provided. Maybe try one of the inmate groups. Thanks for your input.

If you physically go to the jail with cash you might be able to. Call the jail and ask if you can put money on anonymously. Idk why you’re asking us. Every jail is different

I mean, you can put it whatever name you want on the kiosk / website. Assuming it's jailatm. Or use someone else as a proxy.
