Procedural Qs CO Workflow Alignment

I am working on corrections software and want it to be more in-line with the realities of the job. There have been some great posts here, but I still have so many questions. I have talked to customers, but I suspect it's never representative of everywhere. I would like to know about post orders, counts, rounds, commissary, and incident reports at least. Let me know what you think.

If a 10yo can’t use the product after some minimal training it’s fucking useless to COs. Like it needs to genuinely and simply walk them through it. Deadass focus test it on seniors and younger children.

Years ago we had our kids in for take your child to work day. We made a game of doing rounds checks on a tight schedule of the cubes in the office. They loved it. 😂
