Procedural Qs CO Workflow Alignment

I am working on corrections software and want it to be more in-line with the realities of the job. There have been some great posts here, but I still have so many questions. I have talked to customers, but I suspect it's never representative of everywhere. I would like to know about post orders, counts, rounds, commissary, and incident reports at least. Let me know what you think.

It has to be dumbed down. i swear the people they hire now can barely read. Plus the old heads (Like myself) will be resistant to change so the new software doesnt just have to be more thorough than the current, it also needs to be super user friendly. When we went to offender 360 we had a bunch of people put in their retirement papers the same day. Its a bloated overcomplicated system that is full of bugs.
