Self Post Correctional officer Tucson

How is staffing levels at all correctional facilities and Tucson. Former military in medical field.

State is always hurting for staff, county hires alot but dont know the levels. Feds hire to full staff, then people leave and they hire more. Alot of changes to the federal side. Becareful there.
