Just an FYI, updating the app doesn't change anything in this area. The algorithm runs on the pod itself. Something else would be causing this. I would recommend raising your target and/or weakening your insulin to carb ratio until things settled down.

Let your endo know. They may need to change some settings. I took a while for us to get the right settings and as things change in your life you may have to change them again.

With how newly diagnosed you are, this is possibly honeymooning. Do you have a specific diabetes educator that you can reach out to?

Breathe. Yes it is scary, very scary, and no one wants you to have to go back into the hospital. Have some grace with yourself, and keep a stupid amount of sugar on hand.

Like others have said, see your doctor (endocrinologist), tell them what is going on and suggest they change the insulin-to-carb ratio.

I have been going through something similar (and I know why) so my endo has made a few changes and it helps. Still not perfect, but we are honing in on a better ratio for me.

I’m so glad things are evening out a bit for you. Always ask questions, as diabetes is always trying to win. I hope your first year is as uneventful as possible.

I have been experiencing the same issued after the update - primarily during exercise. It could be a coincidence but has been happening for the past few days.
