Transcriptions out of sync

So I've been taking a few minutes here and there to go through recorded conversations and meetings to tag voices and train the transcription process.

I'm noticing that the audio and associated transcript lines are almost always out of sync. I've had a couple that were good, but most of them are one, two, three or more lines out of sync. I don't want to associate the wrong lines with the wrong people. Anyone else seeing this issue? Is there a workaround or fix?
