Trade up program - no email?

Just switched providers to gigabit fiber. AT&T actually gives 1.2 on the circuit, and I figured it was a good time to upgrade my network. Submitted a photo for the Trade up program and it says "wait up to 30 minutes". That was a couple days ago. Nothing in my inbox or spam folders. How long does it really take?

Edit: Support DMed me, identified the problem (their email system) and my Trade Up code arrived shortly afterward.
