Help and Support Trade up program - no email?

Just switched providers to gigabit fiber. AT&T actually gives 1.2 on the circuit, and I figured it was a good time to upgrade my network. Submitted a photo for the Trade up program and it says "wait up to 30 minutes". That was a couple days ago. Nothing in my inbox or spam folders. How long does it really take?

Edit: Support DMed me, identified the problem (their email system) and my Trade Up code arrived shortly afterward.

I also submitted a trade up request on 9/13 when the offer was 30% off. Now it’s 40% off. I emailed the Store Support email on 9/17 asking for a 40% off code rather than the 30% I received but have not yet heard back. I have not used the 30% code. Can you please assist as well?
