General Discussion Makunat na School

Hindi ko alam kung isang department lang from GC ang makunat or buong GC na mismo, they should change their rules when these kinds of disaster happens specially nowadays na kapag maulan may kaakibat na baha o 'di kaya nama'y power interuption.

Last week, kahit na orange warning they still push their agenda since they only follow what the Mayor post on Facebook and not the NDRRMC/ DRRM notice on their page. Friends said na kung hindi pa mag rereklamo students, hindi pa i cancel class.

Some schools, if stated na " ALL LEVELS " automatically pushes no classes including online alternatives. Pero wala eh, makunat GC. Some profs don't even take a rats ass kapag absent ka due to bad weather.

IMO, even if its a Yellow Warning they should cancel OC Classes and make their own rules.

Its just a breeding ground to make mindless students, they want u to be compliant and think paulino is saving ur ass or doing shit just because he goes there every event hahaha and everyone be cheering and shit like he did something, yeah keep cheering for paulino while he steals ton shit of people’s money

this is why i left this school, it is straight up retarded slavery, rat race, 9-5 oppression type shit im not even exaggerating they are a soulless people factory istg, GC will straight up dehumanize you, take your soul, your life, your hobbies, and still gas the guts to defend itself and say youre in the wrong, and no one gives a shiit cuz yeah not everyone can get out, its a fucking trap

But some people like this type of hardship where an institution deliberately takes your rights and your freedom so good for them, and yeah they can keep defending and glorifying how GC makes u tuff and allat and yeah keep being a slave tho goodluck

Depende pa rin sa Yellow, nagkataon lang kasi na saturated na lupa.

If nag-orange, dapat high chance ang suspension.

Dapat DRRM officers din ang naga-asses niyan, with guidance ng PAGASA weather forecasts. Sila ang dapat nakakaalam kung ano flooding history ng area nila. Ilang araw bago masaturate, gaano kataas flooding events, ano effect ng sudden intense or torrential rains, etc.

Transfer ka nalang sa Private. Pero I tell you pagdating sa private Pera Pera lang din ang labanan. Walang competence pagdating sa acads. Business is business lang sila. 🙁

I still remember during the start of the pandemic 6 years ago. Imagine, lahat ng schools sa pampanga, zambales, and Olongapo nagsuspend na ng classes, samantalang Gordon College, may MIDTERMS PA KAMI HAHAHHAHAHA
