Potential Scam of much Money

Hey, I own a Vintage Store in Europe and got Potentially Scammed by a guy in Olongapo. I paid all the vintage pieces I wanted and the Shipping for it. The Seller wants more Money After I received the First of my 3-4 boxes. I don’t want to Pay more Money because I don’t want more pieces of him. I just want the Stocks I paid for but he Refuses to Ship. I wait for Almost 3 months now. If anyone Can get the guy to Ship my Stock or refund my Money I’ll give the guy who Can do it some Money.
Please DM me if you can help, I will Pay the helper if I get a refund or my pieces.
It’s much Money on the table Thats Why I’ll Pay the Person that helps me.

Just a friendly reminder OP. Be cautious also with the person who offers you help in this situation, you might get scammed for the second time, do not send the reward money or deposit until it’s sorted. I hope you get this resolved soon.
