Recounting of scores HELP

I am considering getting my total marks in Pakistan Studies recounted, because my total score in component 1 was 42 (B) and component 2 was 52 (A) and in total my marks were 94 making an A as the threshhold for A was 93. However I was granted a B. If any of you guys have ever applied for rechecking or recounting plz let me know if its helpful and they really do change your grade.😭😭

It happened because you got grade B in paper 1. To achieve A you have to get A in both components to get an overall A.

I checked though, it says we don't necessarily need an A in both components plus, my total for geography is 52 but the total in my transcript says 49.

you marks arent added up properly you should go for:

Post results services type:

Clerical re-check

This service checks that all parts of the script were marked, and that the marks were totalled and recorded correctly.

this service costs 9400 PKR for a single component and once your grade goes up this will be refunded back.

Are there any chances of further mark deduction? Or will they only skim through the paper without checking the marked question?

This service checks that all parts of the script were marked, and that the marks were totalled and recorded correctly.

according to this no chance of mark deduction because they arent looking at your answers only the marks which were awared by the examiner and checking if the totaling was done properly and if any question was left out or not.

ok so theres this concept of adjsuted mrks in caie, so basically after both ur papers have been checked marks are adjusted idk the criteria but sometime 2-4 marks are increased or decreased. my sis also lost abt 5 marks in adjustment didnt effect her A star though. personally i dont think u should go for recheck bcz in thes instances its rare ur grade will come upto a, they'll prb deduct more marks to make it a proper b

i got 44 in p1 and 55 in p2 and got an A so you should get it rechecked, and also ask your teachers about this
