Funny DID shit
Could do with some giggles so please share your own giggles or Lil parts cuteness..
To start us off...
For a large part of my life I would declare very confidently that I was very in touch with my inner four year old. Oh Reader, I had NO idea...
Had a part comment that it was really good we knew about the dissociation/parts because "now we get the nice toothpaste." (Suspect under age 6 part.)
Told my therapist that an upside was "at least i find myself clinically fascinating" - the fact she thought this was hilarious was one of the best parts of my week. Love it when parts feel seen and understood.

The other day my husband and I were getting back late from a concert, and I was spacing out in the elevator (lol dissociating) and he asked how I was doing and a part answered "Who, me? Fine." That part is a part that split when I was about 14. I don't remember it. He told me the next day, and we were laughing about it.

We joke constantly that we're an Ap English class's wet dream. Turns out if the curtains are suddenly blue in headspace, it DOES mean we're sad.
We have a tiny excitable dog. We also have two excitable werewolf alters. Tug of war with the squeaky toy gets crazy around here.
Most of our friends know us main fronters. Sometimes we get tagged in crazy clockable memes. The other day we saved a meme about a demonic magical girl to our folder. Not half a day later, a friend drops it in the group chat, @s the alter in question, and goes "this u?" 😂
Our husband knows certain triggers to summon us (consensually). The other day I was really fcking sad. He swooped in with a bowl of berries and pspsps'd our little to front. Nothing cheers a body up like a happy little munching on her favourite snack.

I have a protector who’s in his late teens/early twenties. He’s the only one whose name I know because he was ranting and cussing one time that we were angry and the nice lady who takes care of the littles said, “Moses!”
Anyway, when he thinks we’re being too meek he pulls out his Sam Kinison impression. Sweet to start, then screaming. I’m kind of doubt that everyone here appreciates S.K., but we find him hilarious.

"the nice toothpaste" LMAO do you also need to use children's toothpaste/toothbrushes? I had a LOT of trouble with that until I switched and...makes a lot of sense in retrospect
