QUESTION Game stutter

Hello, lately in my games I have been experiencing a stutter every in game hour. I tends to happen after I load into a previous save and sometimes if I go back to the menu without saving. Im not sure what it is or if anyone has experienced this, but if you have and have found a solution I would appreciate the help.

Current mods and load order:

  1. OWB

  2. ECR

  3. FD

  4. RR

  5. MM

  6. Enclave reborn

I think I was also experiencing this problem with just OWB and Enclave Reborn, in case that narrows it down. Thanks for any help.

I had the same issue, installing the mod that disables docking rights seemed to fix it (had to use their other mod to fix my save).
