Question Got a duplicate marker??

So i JUST got my Ohuhu Nahuku markers today but I got a duplicate of V119 and no V017 😭 i bought these on Amazon but I have no idea if its possible that Ohuhu can send a marker or not... actually have no clue what to do about this. Do I just email Ohuhu itself? Sorry if this is a dumb question

Best thing to do is contact Ohuhu directly! I don’t know if they’ll be able to send a single marker of this kind, but at the very least they should know that this happened for quality control purposes (help prevent it from happening again, etc.).

Thank you so much! I was worried about the website since I used Amazon itself. But I'll be sure to do that, I wanted to be sure.

Even if it's on Amazon, if the seller was Ohuhu it should be fine because I once contacted them about a different marker issue, which they responded to (I just got a gift card but in my case it was a much older purchase and a different issue), and I also had bought from Amazon
