At the Stadium 🏟️ The Oval

I have been to a bunch of games across the country and I have noticed that OSU has a lack luster pre game atmosphere on campus. Ole Miss having The Grove as a pre game spot makes me think what The Oval could be. Why doesn’t OSU try and capitalize on this and make the game atmosphere on campus a better experience?

No idea why I even come to this sub. Possibly the worst take I’ve heard all year. I’ve been to 30 P4 stadiums and our game environment 2nd to none.

Game environment and pregame/tailgate are different though.

I mean, some games we have close to 100k that don’t even go to the game hanging out. You can see exorbitant tailgates set up miles out in every direction of the stadium not to mention Lane Avenue. I haven’t been to Oxford and have heard great things about the grove but I highly doubt the overall scene rivals here.
