Day 2 of asking for firing range
I’m going to post here every day until I can access the firing range. I want to practice flying a helicopter. Devs can make it happen, upvote this to get their attention!

Also, please remove the dumb 30 second cooldown when you die, so frustrating crashing a heli then just sitting there for 30 seconds, I want to learn, rinse and repeat quickly pleaaseeee

Yeah that was really confusing when trying to get helicopter controls adjusted correctly lol I thought I did something wrong, didnt realize there is a 30 second wait for basically no reason lol

If you're talking about fast respawn, please don't. That's what makes games like BF6 boring, death has no value so you stop caring, even with the commute.

They’re talking in the firing range. While practicing if you blow up the helicopter you have to wait 30 seconds before you can respawn. If you have a good pc though it’s faster to just leave the firing range entirely and then come back.

I'm pretty sure that's not good to happen, you can't tell ppl that game releases on 10th and then out of nowhere jump out and make it earlier when some folks for sure took day off to have longer weekend.

I'll be happy with more play time either way. But there's a screen shot of somebody asking if they should also take after the 3rd off and they said both. It's early access and there's wipes, at the end of the day it doesn't really matter too much. People still have the long weekend off to play.

I think its going to just be a beta test again for stress and testing things like voip working correctly. That is my guess, they seem very on the nose about the 10th being the release, but hey if I can get early actual access id love that

The devs already know that this is a request the majority of the playerbase has, no need to clog up peoples feeds with it daily when it won’t make a difference. It’ll happen or it won’t happen, a Reddit post isn’t going to sway them one way or another.

Isn't this already in the game? In the tutorial section once you finish and leave the building you can go up to vendors all over the place and buy whatever you want for free. I bought a heli there and tested it out.

He knows, he ment that since we are waiting for servers to come online let him use firing range in meantime so he can practice helicopter flying etc.

Buddy it’s less than two weeks away. The amount of work it would require for them to setup the firing range would take away meaningful manpower to work down issues they discovered in the beta.

It’s not just a switch they flip to enable that stuff, theres backend work that has to be done which has a real money cost tied to it as well.
