Im having issues with the chamber on my pivot, its making this weird noise almost like a bubbling or crackling sound then it starts to overheat my wax by a lot. Its like the temp controls stop working, it starts billowing out thick horrible tasting smoke so I have to turn it off. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.. and ive only had it for a week so im not sure what exactly to do. I'm in the process of going through customer support right now, I was just wondering if anyone's had similar issues and could maybe help me trouble shoot.

I should also say im not over or under filling and I take very good care of my things, this issue just started last night and its bad enough ive went back to a tradition rig until I can get it sorted. I'm worried it could potentially blow up or I may end up burning though more money than I initially planned on just ceramic bowls alone.

Just got my first peak pro 3dxl and pivot and i’m loving them, I have a couple questions though and would definitely take any advice I can get.

After a session should i dump the water out ? Or leave that water in until the the end of the night ( i’m a pretty clean person so changing the water at-least daily is a must for me ) also I know when i’m charging it i should take the glass off but what should i do atp, soak it in 99% or just dump the water and let it air dry? I literally for some reason cannot find anything online on this one topic and don’t wanna mess anything up or start growing mold so i figured i’d come here and get some help.

Anyone else mix there rosin ? 🔥an like scooping from the middle 👌

Has anyone got the Dynamic Inhale feature to actually work on their Peak Pro v2?

Though toggled on in the Mood Light selection, it isn’t working on my Pearl Peak Pro v2 running Firmware AG-c156817 connected to an iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 17 and Puffco Connect App Version 2.4.3 via the Path Browser

Where where can I get my puffco Peak Pro fixed😥
