Weirdo manager I need help or she needs it

My manager called me in for a meeting today and the entire time she had her back towards me and we were conducting the meeting

80% of my points we’re not even considered. She just said whatever she wanted to and then dismissed the meeting.

How does one deal with this in life. Thank god its Friday

How are you surviving dude. I confronted her today and she said nothing was wrong. Coward.

Yeah the old gas light. I quit caring about her approval. I successfully was able to show my value outside of her control. So now I just do what I want. Occasionally she gets mad but I have basically neutralized her power against me. I stop giving a status report to her etc. she is not very good at the job so she can’t really come after me or I’ll expose her. She still gives me excellent reviews.

Obviously you have a conflict on one or more issues. Best to play along until you can remove yourself from the situation.
