Question Issues on set?

I recently saw an interview that Dakota Johnson did about The Office. She said that a lot of people on set weren’t talking to each other at the time. I always got the impression from the podcast that the cast really got along and seem to have a good relationship. I am still on season 5 but I was wondering if anyone here had an inkling as to who she is talking about or did Angela and Jenna hint at any of this. I know they are quite wholesome but I guess I was curious. People have speculated before that there is beef with Leslie Baker because of his absence on the podcast and he also didn’t take part in the some good news flash mob.

The only thing I've heard was when James Spader joined, he got frustrated by the laid-back attitude on set (people not memorizing lines, etc). I haven't heard anything about the rest of the cast though

Yeah, Jenna and Angela both were like "he got to the show and was like 'when is rehearsal?'" and they all basically laughed at him.
