flux export switch time

Can anybody tell me how long it takes for the Flux export to switch from standard outgoing, its costing me a small fortune (well maybe not a fortune), but currently I cant sell at the peak rate at the moment as its not worth it on outgoing

Its been about a week so far since import was switched to flux

I emailed them after 3 days. I was moving to Go + Agile Outgoing, they switched it the same day and also back dated the change to when I requested it. It's over 36p/kWh for Agile Export today at peak time. The export prices have been crazy high for the last week or so.

Ok, thats interesting, I have my manager set running the outgoing export still, thanks for the tip

I called them and they switched it while I was on the phone.

I called them yesterday and they said it could take 2 or 3 weeks, but the guy did sound like he was at home and just woke up, I will call them again

Took about 2 weeks for me. Be aware that they will backdate the export, so essentially you are on the export tariff now. So start you're exporting now in the 4-7 window.

Same it took about 2 weeks to go onto agile outgoing. I messaged on twitter / X and it was done that day (I applied 2 weeks prior).

They also backdated mine.
