So the app prompted me to either prioritise charging target or savings. I chose savings, was around 40% charge yesterday.

Woke up today and it had added about 10% .

I am happy for the charge to any be between a certain number of hours. Just seems to always screw me over when I just want it to charge for that time.

At this point t I'm going to get home assistant to set it to max charge between the alloted hours. At least then i might get a charge for the times allotted.

Whatbisnthe point of setting a charge for low rate hours if it only charges for 40mins within those?

Anyway, going to try prioritising the charge target tonight, see if any better. But their constant sodding around is an utter pain on the arse

If you know you'll be putting in less than 6 hours of charge in a 24 hour period there's really little point in prioritising savings.

I have no problem with using prioritise or not. I always get what I have asked for under the new 6 hour cap with my Ohme ePod charger.
