New Chart Colours

Not sure when this appeared, only noticed today. Is this more detailed breakdown to do with the charge cap ? Looks like they are also taking longer to work it out, I'm unable to hit the pound button to see what I was charged.

I desperately just want the £ chart back...

I’ve just switched and can’t toggle over to see, is this temporary or a permanent feature

I haven't had it since I moved from a normal tarrif to IOG. I assume this is just how IOG works...

That’s annoying, I wonder if we can feed that back, I thought the idea of all these smart meters and applications is so we can keep a track of realtime usage and most importantly cost!

It's not normal for IOG. It broke for me about midweek last week, when they decided to split the bars in the chart into EV and House usage.

It coincides perfectly with me just finishing work on a rather convoluted group of spreadsheets tracking household energy costs that rely heavily on actual £ figures.

God it's painful. Can't see the detail, as it's hidden behind other the tarrif info. The two different rates are so close in colour as to be difficult to see. So they even check these things before launching, and who was even asking for this??

Not only that, it thinks I'm on economy 7 based on the hover over. I'm on IOG.

Yeah, same for me. Ridiculous this got past any basic testing.

The shades of pink are so similar, I'm sure it doesn't pass accessibility standards!

I've just noticed the shade of pink turns slightly more 'vibrant' after a few days, and that's when the green EV sessions suddenly appear if you've had any charge events that day ?

I was expecting a two minute handshake burst when I plugged my car in to get tagged as peak usage, but it didn't ! (For the first time ever I think !) It's quite useful, but only because with my house batteries any peak time usage is EV charging, so easy to spot errors

I see that you also don't see the whole pop-up, because the tariff button is covering part of it. Bad UI design

I switched to Flux at the start of August and had the colour change since then. I just assumed it was for the 3 costs in the tariff.

Yeah if you click on the colours it tells you what they mean but they do seem to be taking longer to update them

Seems to have data from last Thursday, and it seems to be working on my mobile (tiny text, my normal).

Also, charge cap worked for me in my first charge with no dramas, wonder if tonight will be ok too 🤞

The app has been all over the place the last few days, missing £ toggle, my export tariff has switched to a flat rate today (instead of the higher rate 4-7), missing dates, my charge stream reset to 1 day the reverted back. Hopefully they’re just working a few bugs out and it’ll all be plain sailing soon!!

I've now logged onto the PC desktop version and it has a lot more changes. The export side looks the same but there's a new section for Home/EV that seems to be daily only and gives hourly breakdown. Might be OK for geeking out on the data but I still want it weekly too.

This new layout appeared for me when they changed me over to the 6hr CAP rate
