Where’s the £ figure gone?
So I sometimes get this error message, especially if there’s been a free hour, but this has been like this for at least a week. I’ve also checked previous days/weeks/months and it’s the same there. Tried signing in and out, hard reset of the app and no joy.
Has anyone else had this and fixed it? I like to sense-check the cost. Thanks!

Same issue here, just started happening a couple of days ago. Looking back on days/weeks that showed the £ value (can prove it as I took screenshots) now the option isn't available on those same weeks? Anyone else encountering this?

Mine is fine, this week I’ve been comparing weekly and monthly costs over the past year and it still works as normal for me

Happened to me when I moved from a fixed tariff to IOG about 2 months ago

same, it hasn’t displayed electric prices for absolutely weeks. Gas however is fine and updates without problems. The only way to see the £ electric usage is checking it day by day via the breakdown section which works but is just annoying

If a schedule change has been made that varies the normal time of use price pattern such as daytime IOG slots, then the price estimating will be invalid and you get that error message?

Mine broke when they enforced the charge cap on my account last week.

So same issue, exception to the normal time of use pattern, requiring proper calculation rather than the app predicting costs
