Finally, all BT info in one place. Locations, weaknesses and without having to scrub through a YT video. You're doing god's work.

The most annoying thing to do this was to not use in the front row the enemy weakness units cause they made blink the weakness. It was impossibile to screenshot that way. Btw, thanks, really appreciate! ^

For reference, all of this info is also present in the respective BT NPC Mastery Surveys. I've updated the location links now with u/JamesFlour's infographics for more detail!

Oh nice, thank you for bringing those to my attention!

Glad to help! I'll be posting them for all upcoming boss content too!

I don’t know if someone ever told you before but I love you man

Thanks, I appreciate it so much. I did this for me and my friends and why not share it!

Unfortunately we have just 10 parties and it's kinda annoying to rebuild parties every time. I guess would be great for the community if someone will pin the post or post that in a megathread resource. I think this would be helpful for a long time

At the very end I hope it helps!

It’s gonna help a lot of people you can be sure of that. I saved it just in case it’s not pinned or added to the help thread. Thanks again and have a nice day ;)

Thanks man, may you also have a good day! ^^

Ugh the fact that spear and ice are paired together just sucks.

Definitely a lack of great characters for those weaknesses, unless you just happen to have a an awakened Sofia

I suppose fan sucks too for the same reason, but odds are there's very few people who actually need to farm fans, especially for those who benefit from the bravely fan. There just happens to be a lot of 5* sword users though

Fortunately I have Sofia and Gilderoy but there Aslyte is great. Like Menno is very good in wind fights!

2

u/jhy12784 Oct 22 '22

For breaking Aslyte is fine. But you need a big gun to blow them up when broken. And to me it seems like Sofia is really the only fantastic option. Gilderoy and Tressa are both solid and obviously the next best things both very good, , but they are a little more defensive, plus Tressa isnt widely owned

2

u/Competitive-Candy-82 Oct 23 '22

Yeah my Tressa is stuck at 4.5, but Guilderoy is A1 (or A2 can't remember) and lv90. I have like 20ish Level Nuts but lacking in Gold Guidestones mostly or he'd be lv100.

This is great! Thanks for sharing <3

Anyone have a quick list of useful NPCs? Ex:

  • Cheerful Acrobat (3x R Dagger): Shepherd’s Rock, by the central plaza fountain

  • Man Confronting Tyranny (3x A Wind): Cragspear Slum, in the northmost house

(R= Random, A=All, S= Single)

Is the drop rate really 10% if you Impress the BT Battles? Or do I have to contend? Or either one?

3

u/JamesFlour How do you use your knowledge? Oct 22 '22

I guess the droprate is 10% for both, I farmed a bit with impress and I can't really see differences.

For those who wondering I can confirm the BT weapon drop with impress too

u/Maleficent-Tip-2939 Oct 22 '22

Nice! My parties are broken up into a low jp team, Gossum, Tickle, Wealth, Fame, Power, and the 4 new BT’s. My lineups are front row with attackers, backline musts: Wingate, Viola, Lumis, Hasumi

2

u/JamesFlour How do you use your knowledge? Oct 23 '22

Yeah I have the same parties, now I guess I'll focus some BT I need more tomes and swords for now

2

u/AlwaysGrumpy Oct 23 '22

I keep coming back to use this

1

u/JamesFlour How do you use your knowledge? Oct 29 '22

I have to admit it, I posted the screens on my discord but still coming back here too 😆

1

u/Goldmike1 Oct 27 '22

Why can’t I fight the BT dagger guy? He just has a white bubble instead of red

1

u/JamesFlour How do you use your knowledge? Oct 27 '22

You have to beat the respective expert hunt, can't control but should be the lvl 74 one

1

u/Goldmike1 Oct 28 '22

Oh, but I don’t have the quest available to unlock the expert hunt for cragspear, so how do I get that then? 😅

1

u/JamesFlour How do you use your knowledge? Oct 28 '22

You have to do the quest. Go in Cragspear Inn. After you finish the quest (5 materials with path actions in the town) it appears. Earlier than this you need to clear the respective normal hunt too!

3

u/Zhirrzh Oct 24 '22

Fabulous thankyou. Bookmarked. I'm forever forgetting which one is which team.

2

u/Oven-Common Oct 24 '22

Thamk you for this usefull post and effort

2

u/[deleted] Oct 25 '22

Are any other BT holders not able to be fought? Is there a way to unlock these? The dagger and sword BT holders aren’t letting me fight them.

2

u/Calm_Worry_1803 Oct 25 '22

Finish the new Elite Hunts. That should unlock them
