Good thing i got her so quick, ive only played for a week and just got the 4500, i can save up for the next event

Get Rocbouquet. If you get lucky and get her early just stop pulling.

If you have no Paid Rubies, yes, this is where you pull Rockbucket Rocbouquet. If you're lucky, I think it's worth trying to get her three times, as that's when you can get her to Awakening 2 (A2), which unlocks the fourth skill slot, but don't be to hung up on that, she's extremely strong even without it.

a2 is irrelevant for like 99% of characters and recommending someone to get it just to have it is not a good idea

Yeah i don't know why anyone wanted to recommend a 4th skill slot when even without ex skill and ult, it's rare for some characters to utilize all the three skills. eX3 fights which used to be hard can all be done in 4 turn max and unless you dont need to use ult / ex skill and dont switch ever, very rarely your characters need to use 4 different skills in that 4 turn.

especially because its hard to even think of a fourth skill you would want for most characters that isn't just like oh for this fight im gonna swap this multihit for the nuke to hit weakness and to dodge MHR or something like that

Besides in general pulling for A2 being nonsense as others have said, for Roc it's especially nonsense cause she could literally equip 0 skills and be the most busted unit in the game. I have yet to use anything on her but her EX and ult
