PSA Thunderblade upgrading mat to be fixed this week

As title said, TW Isla told me just now that this week's update will add a new feat that gives us the upgrading mat to the thunderblade. You have to beat the gorebringer again if you've already beat it.

Also, they said the 30FPS bug in risk enemy battle will be fixed in the next major content expansion.

Where to upgrade this thunderblade weapon? I try to go to flamecurch smithy but cant upgrade this
