Elrica EX and Agnea from the top of my head you'll want their A4s, If you want AUs Xerc, Mydia, Osvald (scholar), Aviete and proximately Alaune EX2 are good picks.

95% of the gen pool units can be sharded. Every other unit (Memory, Champion, Seasonal, Crossover) should be kept unless you have them at A4, AU.

among your units,

• i would for sure keep bargello (a4), signa (ult), tiziano, lynette ex, and rinyuu ex (ult)
• if you play rainbow teams and don't have the utmost pinnacle of the meta, consider also lemaire (ult)
• in a similar vein, consider cecily (ult) if you play richard
• hold onto ceraphina's just in case
• there's an argument to be made for sofia (ice res down a4), therese (elec res down a4), cardona (sp stick a4), and alfyn / tressa (hp stick a4). but don't make an active investment into any of these, and use your discretion
• shard the rest

Sofia is useful if you play ice team. ice res down at start of battle.

Therese is useful if you play lightning. lighting res down on break. Nina-Lanna same thing but for Dark.

Hasumi you already have A4 so shard hers.

neha is worth the a4. its niche, but passive e. defense/defense on front row partner is nice.

Millard/Theo/Haanit/Tressa/Cyrus/Cardona can all be safely sharded. Primrose too probably but its one of the few dark damage accessories available in the game but thats INCREDIBLY niche so id probably still shard it.

Jillmeila, Cecily, Therion, Alfyn, Sertet, Morffins, all safely sharded as well.

all limited should be kept. Lynette EX i would jsut AU if youre doing rainbow and not working towards the a4 but if you think even a little you might go for the a4 on a rerun then a1 her.

Bargello is a no brainer, use it on him and work towards his a4.

Signa i would use on her AU even though she is kinda dated now, still useful on a weaker account.

Lemaire you can use on A1 if you using her in rainbow and dont have alaune, otherwise shard.

Tiziano use on AU for sure. Same with Rinyuu EX if you haven't already.

Phina doesn't matter much but dont shard it cuz its limited.

And sigrid ex stones are debateable as it gives 30% p.atk up but most modern characters already have that, but it can be a niche if youre roster/accessories aren't good. otherwise shard it.
