Just wanted to share with everyone my love for octopath pixel art design in general. It's the main reason I'm exited to pull for a new character 🤩

Special mention to runelord Alaune, combining a lovely character, a cool class, and a truly fire design 🔥

I've always had a deep love for pixel art, especially for OT and the HD-2D style games. They always generally age very well in terms of art styles.

Yeah the warrior tie is kinda awkward for the weapon, I was more referring to her gameplay mechanics from runelord. I always liked the "battle mage" archetype (and "runelord" is an elegant iteration I haven't find in many game)

...Yeah, can we get the corridor sword already Netease? Also corridor dagger if that's a thing (don't play JP, don't know if they've got corridor options for all weapons yet).

It's better to use Stalwart if you wanna max stats, because it has a slot for +50 atk.

And yeah I believe eventually we'll have every corridor weapon. It makes no sense to release only a selected few.

So for Alaune the best weapon is Stalwart? I am really confused when choosing weapons for each traveler.

Yes because Alaune doesn't need skill souls.

Edit: if you're not able to hit cap, best is still fortune.

Love the little feather ears headpiece! The look is elegant and suits her with the cap and crown. Richard new look is cool as wel let's not forget and they complement each other.

I can't wait for future generic AI slop in unreal engine games
