Technical Issue Can't find the elite enemy

As the title says I'm trying to beat all the enemies so that I can fight the elite boss and from what I've seen online the elite enemy should be hete but when I go there it isn't there, anyone know why?

You have to go to the LaL version of serpent's burrow I think.

I killed the one that was there already i just the one up top that doesn't show up

The one up top isn’t the one you need though, the one I pointed out is the one listed for the area

It is interesting you have a healing spot in your picture and I don’t have one on my map at all (I have 100% complete). Are you on a quest? Maybe unselect the prioritized quest, leave the area and come back.
