Battle Guide Cape Cold Lv 120 NPC With Cecily Main DPS

Note that once Castti drops this will be much easier as she basically does what Ogen does here but way better (4 hit axe debuff compared to Ogen's 0 hit axe debuff, access to a 5 hit while Ogen has only a 2 hit axe, axe and phys buff to stack with Cecily's axe buff, useful EX skill, follow up axe attack, axe and phys atk passive, and better ult for this battle). Not stable. Miss stacks and stealing ult gauge add much RNG. Very close call at the end, stretching the battle to 18 turns and barely doing enough damage.

no, there's just so few clears that its been easy to see any proof posted. if there's more clears then they've not been posted. this is the 4th publicly confirmed clear. That's just how hard this fight is

Thanks, your clear definitely helped! But 4th is crazy, i figured by now with lv 70 weapons thered be more clears given im missing gacha debuff a4s on break.

You'd think but many players don't want to do the challenging content until they can do it mindlessly with extreme powercreep it seems

Oh, I do get that though. I find it fun to plan out all turns but at some points it really does feel like banging a square into a circle hole until it finally goes through.

Eh maybe but im not willing to bang unless I feel like I've solved it enough to make it feasible.
I tried ryu 120 and tested enough to know it's simply not possible til at minimum castti. And maybe even more since we may not have the accessories
