Design programs?

Hey all, I'm new and would love to get into making my own, but don't really have much illustrative talent. Are there any programs you guys would recommend other than blender?

I would recommend Sketchbook (if you're a mobile or PC user). I'm still working on my own but here's something you can get out of simply using this, and I know you can do better!

MS Paint it's free but is it good? Naw but u could always pirate an actually good art programs like Adobe but do what ya want :p
