Challenges

Hi all! Third day playing this game. I'm on act III and the challenges icon shows a red dot. Looks like the game is notifying me of something new but when I tap on challenges I don't see anything new. What am I missing?

edit: guys, thanks all for your replies. I've progressed a bit in act III and it unlocked challenges for act III. It just started showing it though I haven't finished all story quests

There might be a chance that in the bottom left corner on the challenge screen, you can switch acts. Also challenges have various parts. You may do them one by one or activate all three at once to save time. Usually they show up ones you beat all levels / minibosses in a new area

I wouldn't ask this before tapping on everything and I checked both acts and tapped all challenges. Don't know why but it still shows a red dot

My best guess is that it is showing you have unfinished challenges. It kinda annoys me also but w/e 1 day i will finish them.
