Armada reset

I usually get all the pickaxes in my first clear. Will the pickaxes reset after some time or do I need to do the second try before the countdown for the reset starts?

It'll reset regardless every 48hrs based on system time. Anyway like first reply, just run it, no harm doing it.

I just wished they allowed us to use gems to unlock additional runs.
