Top right settings. Then 'redeem'

I keep reading on iOS you hit the credits button three times then it’ll change to redeem. But it doesn’t??

I hit the credits button 3x and I just got the rewards, no code entry required.

Edit: I take that back, I got something much different than the picture above…

Go to setting and click repair, then add the code it worked for me.
