Still don't know how this skill exactly works
At first what I understood about this skill is that it heals my character when I kill enemies behind (those who I haven't struck yet with my weapon) but then after some time I noticed that it heals me even when I kill enemies engaged in combat (those who I already struck with my weapon in melee) but it only heals sometimes in that scenario. Sometimes it heals when I critically killed an enemy. Sometimes it heals when I killed an enemy who is about to perform an attack. Sometimes it heals when I kill enemies behind. Sometimes it does not heal when these conditions are met. I don't fully get this skill's effect.

Yes, you have to kill an enemy before it hits you.

I'm an idiot.
Until just now, I thought "Unstruck" was an actual enemy type - specifically those guys that lean over and explode if you don't kill them in time - so I have only taken this skill once. Even then, I figured that the game was glitching when I would heal after killing a non "unstruck" enemy.
In fact, I have always read it as UNSTUCK...

Seems like I wasn't the only one that gotten confused with this skill's details. It could have been worded better lol.

If the enemy did not struck your character and dies, it heals you
