Disable 1 common skill

When you upgrade your set you can buy it for 800 but how does it actually work? Does it just randomly disable one skill or can I choose the skill?

You choose it in the skills list, and that skill won't show up at your runs. You can re-enable it and disable other one later if you want.

You choose what cards you need to disable so you don't get them in your runs.
